Stonbury have a wide experience of working within the power industry having carried out projects including concrete and joint repairs to cold water culverts and intakes on multifuel, coal fired and nuclear stations. Specialist leak sealing and grouting both above and below ground, chemical and fuel bund linings and a wide range of steel coatings.

Over 25 years we have built up a very good rapport with power station engineers and our operatives are well known around a number of stations. These operatives have received the relevant training to work within the controls required understanding the stations safe systems of work, point of work risk assessments and permitry. We prepare all the documentation required for submission to station chemists to obtain station COSHH approval for materials coming on to the site. RAMS are provided for all operations in advance of the works for approval by the S.A.P and for attachment to the works order card. On approval of the safe system of work our teams are given a full job briefing on the task to be undertaken.
