For many years Stonbury have been successfully applying liquid-applied coating systems to roofs and walls in conjunction with the core business of concrete refurbishment.

As a natural progression, the Roofing Division was formed to extend the scope of work concentrating purely on roofing.

For refurbishment works we can offer survey and independent specification advice tailored to the client's budgetary needs and timetable. Surveys can include basic core sampling of the existing roof to determine construction to full thermographic surveys highlighting moisture content in the roof and thereby establishing the amount of work necessary.

All of our roofing systems can incorporate manufacturer's warranties to cover 10, 15, 20 or 25 years determined by the client's requirements in relation to their budget or the envisaged life of the building.
In addition to ongoing supervision by our own management and staff works are also inspected by manufacturer's technical personnel before, during and on completion to again ensure total client satisfaction.

We project manage our contracts, arranging and supervising specialist trained operatives, scaffolding, hoisting arrangements, storage and welfare facilities and waste disposal.
We liaise with the client to minimise disruption to their operations and provide Health & Safety Risk Assessments, Method Statements and CoSHH information.
